Neagley

" Created by Nick Santora and Nicholas Wootton and produced by Amazon MGM Studios and Paramount Television Studios, the eight-episode series follows Neagley as she investigates the mysterious death of an old friend, uncovering a dangerous conspiracy linked to a community called Echo Canyon. While maintaining the winning formula of action and investigation typical of "Reacher," the spin-off finds its identity by exploring the protagonist's traumatic past, including her aphephobia and complicated relationship with her father, offering a deeper and more vulnerable characterization of the character. Despite a narrative structure very familiar to viewers of the original series, "Neagley" proves to be a solid thriller, in which Maria Sten convincingly carries the lead role, demonstrating that the character can shine even far from Jack Reacher.
