Fans of classic JRPGs can finally mark their calendars. The anime adaptation of Suikoden, the celebrated Konami video game, will debut on Japanese TV next October 3rd.
The announcement arrived alongside a new promotional video that revealed a highly anticipated detail: the song that will accompany the series' ending theme. The soundtrack thus gains a new piece, following the previous reveal of the opening theme.
The video also confirms the main voice cast, with the voices that will bring to life the iconic characters from the original game. The animated adaptation aims to bring to the screen the epic story of war and friendship that made the Konami title a cult classic.
With the broadcast date now set, the countdown for the return to the world of Suikoden has officially begun. The anticipation to see how the anime series will render the game's complex plot and characters is sky-high.
