Attack on Titan 3 was the absolute star of Tokyo Game Show 2026, securing the main slot on the Koei Tecmo stage on Sunday, September 20. The event featured the original voice actresses Yu Kobayashi (Sasha) and Shiori Mikami (Krista), who presented new narrative moments and exclusive gameplay footage.
The game, developed by Omega Force and published by Koei Tecmo, aims to tell the entire story of Hajime Isayama's manga in a single experience. Players will create a customized Scout, join the 104th Training Corps, and deepen their relationships with Eren, Mikasa, and Armin to unlock new abilities and scenes.
Combat continues to be based on mobility with the ODM Gear, but Titans now feature a broader repertoire of attacks and behaviors, rewarding strategic use of the environment. The launch is scheduled for December 10, 2026, on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam.
This TGS showcase was one of the last major previews before release. A new opening animation directed by MAPPA's Arifumi Imai is planned as a post-launch addition.
