EA Sports FC 27

EA Sports FC 27, released on September 25, 2026 by Electronic Arts, represents a commendable step forward for the franchise, focusing on returning greater responsibility to the player. The gameplay, featuring Kylian Mbappé among its star faces, introduces less assisted defending and a more manual build-up play, rewarding precision and reducing automation. The major new feature is the social mode The Grounds, an open space serving as a hub for various activities, while Football Ultimate Team and Career Mode receive incremental improvements, although the former remains heavily tied to monetization.

However, there are notable issues, such as goalkeepers deemed inconsistent, sometimes questionable refereeing, and some technical bugs, elements that prevent the title from achieving excellence despite the positive evolution of the on-field experience.
